| Description |
ive had this lying around for awhile its a good compilation fighting games. i got it from one of our old members. heres a quote from his post.
QUOTE:
"This dreamcast compilation was put together by fans of the Street Fighter Games a few years back and I can tell you right now that this is all the Street Fighter you will ever need on one disc!
So enough crap... whats exactly on the disc?
Well... get ready... its quite a list :
Super Street Fighter 2 x - JAP Version
Super Street Fighter 2 x - English Translated Version
Marvel vs Capcom 2 - US Version
Marvel vs Capcom 2 - JAP Verson
Street Fighter 3 : Third Strike US Verson
Street Fighter 3 : Third Strike JAP Verson
Capcom vs SNK 2 "Millionaire Fighting"
Super Puzzle Fighter 2
Want More? Ok... THERES MORE!
Also crammed onto the disc is the Ultra Rare Capcom vs SNK 2 Fandisc! With only 20,000 copies in existence, this is one of the rarer Dreamcast items out there. Not only does this disc feature a nifty gallery mode of all the characters in Capcom Vs SNK 2, but the disc features saved replays from some of the best players in Capcom Vs SNK and the arcade version of Capcom Vs SNK 2. Want more? How about EVERY type of save from nearly every Capcom fighting or versus game (i.e. Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Power Stone etc.,)!! It was given away as a special promo to early purchasers of Capcom vs. SNK in anticipation of the sequel.
For some reason Ikaruga is also on the disc. But ah well... the more the better Smile
Another feature on the disc...When you choose a game you can choose which soundtrack you want to use while playing!!! This is huge! So if you wanted to play MVC2 and use CVS2’s soundtrack…YOU CAN!! Also, you have the option to omit a games soundtrack- AMAZING!
Soft reset works as expected. If you try a soft reset
(Start+A+B+X+Y) inside a game, it will go to the first
splash screen for the game. If you try a soft reset at
the splash screen for a game, it will take you to the
game select menu. If you soft reset at the game select
menu, it will just restart the browser and take you
right to the same game select menu.
VMU saves for all included games. Puzzle Fighter has
nothing to unlock, but the save on the disk has the
region already set to U.S.A. so you don't have to go
into EX settings for English winquotes.
Soundtrack options. Any of the games except for
Ikaruga give a menu option for which soundtrack to
use. There are options for each of the available games
and a 'Silent' option for those who want sound effects
but no background music. That's a total of 11
soundtrack- able games, with 7 soundtracks each.
GameShark and Action Replay are both included and are
the hacked Echelon versions that save to a normal VMU.
Yes, you can use these to turn on codes and play one
of the included games without leaving your sofa.
DCLoad tool is included. Versions included are the
serial version, an original DCLoadIP set at 0.0.0.0
(default), as well as a 192.168.0.199 version, and a
10.0.0.199 version. If you know what this means and
does, you can also hex edit the cd image to setup your
own custom IP, but this won't change the menu image
for the DCLoad.
SO... IN CLOSING ... You are getting ALL THIS :
Super Street Fighter 2 x - JAP Version
Super Street Fighter 2 x - English Translated Version
Marvel vs Capcom 2 - US Version
Marvel vs Capcom 2 - JAP Verson
Street Fighter 3 : Third Strike US Verson
Street Fighter 3 : Third Strike JAP Verson
Capcom vs SNK 2 "Millionaire Fighting"
Super Puzzle Fighter 2
Capcom vs SNK Fandisk
Ikaruga
DCLOAD Tool
GameShark
Action Replay
All with a nice menu system and the choice of soundtracks!"
Definitely worth it! |

| nope its genuine , the picture used at the top of the page is the correct one , as far as I am aware it was given away in japan to gamers who preordered one of the Capcom fight titles, not sure what one? the actual disk is orange with the normal swirl etc and with the capcom logo & trademarks etc, it also has in tiny letter (in english) above the japanese "not for sale" as far as I know its the rarest DC disk I have in my collection & even better I got it for a complete bargin! espesially as like I said earlier its still sealed.. |

| Does anyone know if there is a way to take Super Street Fighter II X out of this compilation, and make it stand alone (i'm ocd)? I would really like the Eng translation, but i'm not sure it exists outside of this disc. Also is there anyway to edit the games in this disc? Like swap some out? Appreciate it. |
